CITmail Pricing

The CITmail hosted email service is value for money by anyone's standards. £5 (€7 or $9.5) per user/per month will provide your business with email, calendar, contacts and customised email aliases (such as support@yourcompany.com, sales@yourcompany.com or accounts@yourcompany.com. All available through both Outlook and your own dedicated corporate area of the CITmail site. An area that can be customised with your corporate colours, logo's and moto's.

CITmail add-ons

For just a little more expenditure, you can add various extras to your basic CITmail package. These extras turn a very good and efficient Corporate mail package into a fully customisable corporate resource.

CITmail add-ons:

  • our own hosted company intranet. £2 (€2.5 or $3) per month provides your company with its own intranet, based on the Wiki technology. This allows you to access via your area of our site, your own shared documents, departmental repositories and to create FAQ's, timesheets and whatever pages you like. All pages set to be viewed only by the specific groups of people that you require. Accounts pages for the accounts department, sales pages for sales, management pages for management.

  • Mobile email. Included for your £5 per user/per month you can have your email synchronised with your mobile phone or PDA. Your team will then have access to their email whenever they are.

  • Website hosting. For £4 (€5 or $7) per month, we will host your company website and even provide you with an easy to use website builder. This will allow you to access your site from the same CITmail control panel that you access your other facilities and to be secure in the knowledge that your data is all being backed up nightly and is managed by a team of professionals.

  • Project manager. Our project Management add-on allows users and groups to share data and to manage projects, all through the CITmail control panel. Projects can only be viewed by people with the correct company permission and email notifications are automatically sent out to all members of a particular project. All included in your £5 per month CITMail subscription.
